March 13, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):Well-known art director Vinod Thattamala is about to turn to independent direction soon. He will be turning director with the flick, Karanavar.
Karanavar will be an analytical story. Starring newcomers in the lead roles, it will be produced by Sagara Movies. The film’s ground work is on at present and an announcement about it will be made soon.
Thattamala has earlier worked as art director on films like Missed Call, Indhavaaram, etc. Whether his directorial venture will be as successful as his earlier films is yet to be seen…
