Now, the latest dope is that Ragini Shah – who is currently shooting for Shashi-Sumeet Mittal’s biggie Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus – will be seen playing a pivotal role in SLB’s ambitious venture.
She will play the role of Yatin Karyekar’s wife and will be a part of the family which stays in India. We have already reported the show is about a middle class Gujarati family and their two daughters. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances the family will split and few members will stay in India and others will settle down abroad. The shooting will take place in Gujarat.
We contacted Ragini for confirmation and this is what she had to say, “Yes, I have already shot for the pilot episodes but I can’t comment anything on my character at this point of time.”
