Actors of today haven't just limited themselves to acting but are trying to take plunge into new endeavours. Setting the trend is two of the most popular TV couples Sara Khan - Ali merchant and Nisha Rawal - Karan Mehra, who are soon going to launch an acting academy named RIRO (Reel In Real Out). The couples will launch the academy amidst fan-fare and expected faces during the launch are Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi, Alok Nath, Karan Grover, jay Bhanushali, Angad Hasija, Kinshuk Mahajan, Parul Chauhan, Seema Kapoor, Sonali (Gayatri mausi of Yeh rishta kya kehlataa hai), Karishma Tanna, Karan Wahi and Smita Jaykar to name a few. The above mentioned faces and some known directors and producers will also be the celebrity guest lecturers. The academy will be inaugurated by producer Rajan Shahi.

Says a source close to the couples, "The couples have decided to launch an acting academy christened as RIRO which will provide a platform to all aspiring actors. The course will be a complete package that will include portfolio shoots, diet and fitness regimen, showreel, shortfilms, make- up and hair along with the acting course.

The faculty includes some top names from NSD (National School of Drama) and TIE (Theater In Education) like Vibha Chibbar, an ex-director NSD and TIE, who is also the head of acting department, Srikant Maski, Monica, Jyoti, Rajneesh. Choreographers Pappu Malu will also be a part of the faculty to teach dance. The talent will be placed in films, television sops and advertisements."

When contacted Ali Merchant refused to divulge any details but said, "We are coming up with something really big and this will open the doors of opportunities for all aspiring actors."

The launch of the same will take place on 10 January in Mumbai.
